Limited Participation Registration Form - register for limited filing privileges on the court’s Electronic Case Filing System. Limited filing privileges shall include the authorization to file notices of appearance, proofs of claim, transfer of claim and other claim related matters. Additional privileges may be added at the discretion of the Clerk. This information is required for CM/ECF registration and will be kept confidential. PLEASE NOTE: As a limited filer, you will not automatically receive electronic notices upon the issuance of a login. You will need to add the applicable case numbers to your user account (Maintain Your ECF Account/Email Information/Send notices in these additional cases).

Attorneys Actively Filing Electronically in Other Districts – for use by Attorneys who are seeking filing privileges on this Court's Electronic Case Filing System and are registered as an ECF participant in a Bankruptcy or District Court outside of the Middle District of Florida and who are admitted to the District Court of the Middle District of Florida. Refer to Local Rule 2090-1 (Admission to Practice) to determine if you are in compliance before requesting your ECF login. This information is required for CM/ECF registration and will be kept confidential.

Universal Login Form for Florida Bankruptcy Courts – for use by Attorneys with active CM/ECF logins in two or more of the Florida Bankruptcy Courts (FLMB, FLNB and FLSB) who wish to reduce the number of logins and passwords they need to retain in order to file. PLEASE NOTE: This form should not be accessed if you are seeking filing privileges for the first time.
